Although the weather has not yet shown any signs of spring approaching, the fashion world has definitely arrived in the spring of 2018. As in previous years, this year we are again following the spring/summer campaigns and keeping you up to date.
This is a young year for Dior's artistic campaign. Together with the model/artist Sasha Pivovarova and the famous fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier, the French label has developed a minimalist advertising campaign. The motifs feature the Russian catwalk star, wrapped in some of the striped or sequined flagships of Dior's latest ready-to-wear collection.
For our taste, the campaign inspired by the 1960s was absolutely successful, after all, Sasha Pivovarova had already opened the Dior show in September with the characteristic/feminist T-shirt with the inscription “Why Have There Been No Great Women Artists?” What do you say to the motives? We look forward to your feedback in the comments.
