Juve of all people! The outrage was great when, at the beginning of 2017, Juventus Turin, one of the most traditional Serie A clubs in the world, replaced the old club coat of arms with a global logo. “The new logo is a symbol of the Juventus lifestyle”, announced President Andrea Agnelli in January - and may have struck Martin Langenberg's nerve with it. The Berlin designer has taken the sometimes dusty logos of well-known football league clubs to his chest and redesigned them.
Martin Langenberg has also redesigned the logos of well-known football league clubs such as FC Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund or Hamburger SV in the style of the “Old Lady”, as Juventus is called in the Piedmontese capital Turin. As far as his designs are concerned, the Berlin designer doesn't seem to be afraid of the angry comments of conservative fan communities, because the result of his logo designs can now be admired on Instagram @crestup.
What do you think about the modernized logos of the famous soccer clubs like FC Bayern Munich, Schalke 04 or Hannover 96? We are looking forward to your feedback in the comments - and are looking forward to hearing from one of the clubs in Berlin!
